All honesty I feel that me and Michelle would be very good business partners. We both would dominate the shopify business and just work hard and also enjoying every second of it. She is the only one who I watched and pay close attention too.

Hi there! The TikTok Shop should be directing customers to your online store to finalize the order. So you should see the order appear in your store admin as you would orders from your traditional sales channels.

it happened to me all the time on tiktok the trashy less effort videos gets half a million views and videos I worked on hours in editing or just better content doesn't perform good not even 10k views, its crazy

TikTok is about consistency. My vids were stuck at 200 for 30 days straight and I was uploading at least 1-2 times a day. Then one day one of my vids started going up, few days later exploded to like 10k and then all my other vids started chain reacting and my highest vid right now is 24k. I now how about 4-5 videos with more than 10k views and follower count is now 2200 after being at 145? Just a week ago. And now I’m just keeping that consistency. Use the appropriate hashtags for your niche and not the foryou page. You’ll be viral in your niche if the audience is interested and those are your real base and not the ones from going randomly viral.

great, can anyone point me to how to handle the shipping in tiktok when using a dropshipper?

can someone help me understand how returns and refunds work with dropshipping? i read that you’ll see on your store that a return/refund has been requested, and that you’re supposed to reach out to the supplier for an RMA number? do you then send the number to the customer and they have to print off their own shipping label etc to send it back to them? and how do you give them their money back? will you be charged for any if this? if yes, how is that price determined and how do you pay it? lastly, if the supplier doesn’t know that you’ve been selling their product and you reach out for an RMA, will they try to charge you an MOQ because they now know you’re selling their products?

Hi Simonka! Great question. When dropshipping a product the customer should never be interacting with the supplier directly, only your business and you. If a customer requests a return they should be returning the product to you and then you can return it to the supplier from there. The cost and availability of the return shipping label will also be dependent on how you have setup your return methods. A customer can pay for their own return label, to be reimbursed once the product arrives or you can create and send the customer a return shipping label for your business. What happens once someone purchases the product? Your ads are linked to your shopify account? Once they buy it shopify automatically purchases it from cj dropshipping?

If you've linked your TikTok ad to your Shopify account, your product catalogue from your Shopify store will be synced to your TikTok ad. So this means that when a customer purchases a product via your TikTok ad, their order will be synced to and show up on your Shopify store. From there, assuming that your Shopify store has been fully synced to your CJ Dropshipping account, you can then request fulfilment from your Shopify admin for the order to be prepared, packed, and shipped to your customer by CJ Dropshipping on your behalf. CJ Dropshipping has a guide here: shopify.link/Z8YW that you can take a look at for more information too!
