Lori-anne, in one of your other videos you talked about how we cannot do this alone. Teaching can sometimes be a lonely adventure, but TPT is Really a lonely one if you don't reach out. I love this video, Lori-Anne! I wish it was longer! I have been suffering from not having a lot of views, so before I end the day, I look at my product statistics, search for products with low pageviews, and edit the title and descriptions. I take note of the views and preview rate. I will check how those products perform after a month or two and compare them. I'm going to edit more titles and descriptions before the TPT sale and see if it will make a difference (fingers crossed!).

Haha - thank you Keith. Most videos are almost twice as long when filmed but I edit a lot out. I'll be doing the same this weekend! This sale is usually better for many sellers as more teachers are back to school.

Yes, I will make a video. There is also a Cdn Sales Tax form from TPT that should be completed by Cdn sellers.

Thanks for the suggestion about idea pins. I am going that way now. Video pins used to be the bomb, but Pinterest keeps changing the goal posts.

Yes - that has been something that tpt sellers have found out about within the last couple years.

I have been using an 8.5x11 page for my covers... If I made a square cover, what size should my template be?

Hi Elisatbe, depending on what you are using to make your covers 8x8 or 10x10 works. Save them as jpegs instead of pngs.

@@ItsAllPrimary thank you so much for your reply! Do you know if the 8x8 and 10x10 both appear as the same size once they are thumbnails, or would the 10x10 appear larger? I usually use Microsoft Publisher to make covers, so I should be able to make any custom size.

I know idea pins get more views, but without direct links, I feel like it's harder to drive traffic to my store. The viewer has to go to my bio, click the link, find the product... it's a lot of steps! Is it worth it?

Actually they don’t ! I provide a link to the product (using a UTM code) in the notes. It works as I see them codes in traffic.
