After 20 yrs of smoking 40 cigarettes a day I quit and rewarded myself every evening with RC 500 ml daily.with cheese cubes and reshmi tanduri ( non spicy type ). Mornings were brisk walks on tracks .This continued for years and then I stopped drinking also. But those were beautiful days

I congratulate you as, the way U have used to stop smoking 40cig A day was VERRRRRY harmful, but inspite of cigarettes wiskey was ur best'and safe choice 👍👍👍👍👍🥃
