People who think they're drinking a lot of alcohol and wants to detox thier liver they can do it by reducing the alcohol intake and giving some rest to liver which will eventually help the liver to recover and in that period you should focus on drinking fruit juices which are lite on your liver PS - No detox drink available in market works for detoxification of your liver

After one binge session..14days no alcohol and eat fruits/salads. And those who drink hard every Saturday ..what I do..the first thing is Liv52 365days one with breakfast one with dinner. Post-drinking..take a glass of ORS before going to bed..take a glass of ORS after waking up. Breakfast should be 2 whole eggs poached with bread n butter and a glass of orange/lemon juice.

Well, for the people that seriously want to detox their livers fast and well more effectively. Look into NAC or N-Acetyl-Cysteine. It's an anti oxidant, extracted from onions I think. It helps extremely with the anxiety that comes with alcohol withdrawals as well as the lack of sleep and low mood while detoxification of general inflammation throughout the body; including the brain, liver and kidneys. Take care, folks. Drink and if you happen to take anti anxiety meds as well as psychotropic medications or drugs like ethanol, all in moderation. Also, having information to lessen your suffering helps.

I started my drinking career (😁) with neat only, then people around me started telling me it's dangerous, don't do this, then after drinking for 3-4 years for the first time I diluted with beer 😅....2 peg mein hi kya झन्नाटेदार Nasha hua...!! Waise ab hum sirf pani se hi dilute karte hai..!!

Expensive whiskies should always drink neat or atleast with two small size of ice

Nice video Dada...I want to share my experience...Few years back I was in India and my favorite brands were Imperial blue and Royal stag (cheap ones but I liked 😉)...I used to drink whiskey with only and only chilled soda.. means no ice..no water....I got some serious health issues...since then I stopped using soda.. now I put only water.
