I agree she looked cute in the first outfit and had a sexier look for the second. But I don’t think she’s being rude, ladies. She’s just being honest. When I think of a feminine frame, the key word I take away is feminine: a womanly frame. Which embodies bigger hips and smaller waist. A body that looks the most equipped for child bearing (if we’re talking on a more biological level) Imo, I think all body types are beautiful. But the smaller the waist to hip ratio is, the more feminine you’ll look. That part is fact. Finding all body types to be beautiful is just an opinion. Thankfully there are ways to manipulate a more feminine look with clothing.

This is so cringeworthy. Look at the model’s face and look at her body language. She is so uncomfortable. So much of this is about making a person feel safe, comfortable, and in their skin- confidence is really what helps people pull off all sorts of looks. The stylist kept pushing a normative body type, using words, conscious or not that puts down the model or others with this body type. If you’ve ever been to a Korean spa, you’ll see women truly come in all shapes. I was excited about this vid, but nope this is not it.

This video was extremely insensitive

Your job was finding the best for her body type. Not to humiliate the girl for not having curves. You look like you enjoy a little too much emphasizing the "defects" of the rectangular bodies. All that since the beginning of the video.

the fact that she doesn't fit into the "slimmer" body type makes me angry because like she keeps emphasizing that we have "no curves" and she is belatedly insulting the body type like, i'm looking for advice not criticism

Do you realize how rude and pointed your comments are? Yeah, it’s not conventionally feminine and shit but this is hands down the most striking body type out of all of them. *That’s why the majority of supermodels have it.* It can go either way in terms of sex appeal and fashion. No. Models have something similar to 34-24-34. That is a TEN INCH difference between the waist and hips/bum. And those ten inches make Al the difference since they're so small. Models are very slim hourglasses

To say this is a boyish frame seems insulting to me and implies the body, as being a womens body, is not a figure of a women or women enough. Especially because the body comes in many different forms. It would be nice to hear more "flaterring" words used to describe this body type. thanks for the tips though.

i find this video really disrespectful. first of all, the woman was very rude to the model,for no reason. BUT the most important thing, is that i completely diagree with the fact that she implies having no curves is a negative thing, and that girls have to find clothing that camouflages their body type. She sould have encouraged those girls to be comfortable with their body, instead of insisting on the fact that it's a bad thing. It is the first time that i'm this angry at a video content.

We get it. She got NO CURVES. Not every female does. And tf “ a little hint of a bubble.” It’s easier to tuck in than to fill up. For a "curveless" boyish" body type Chelsea looks great before and after I found the lady dont know her name to be extremely rude and shady . I have a "boyish " figure and I was offended to say the least.

To be fair, the rectangular body type is most common for women...her stylist looks like she even falls into this category!

First of all the model has curves! Not exaggerated curves but they're definitely there and she looks great. This woman needs a script, a filter and a new pair of eyes. Try just light colors on the bottom and perhaps dark on top. Also, floral maxi dresses will be fun and work great. I'm pretty tall, 1.73 . I think it's 5.8 in inches . Pretty much a model type of body, not many curves.

Ohh, my mistake. I thought you were tall and skinny. Although it's a different type of body and high, check on KZread because I guess you can still work with the colors and the prints to help give your body more shapes. I'd guess for your type, prints yes, but smaller.

Honestly, girls just wear whatever you love! Go into a damn store and try a lot of things... and see what you like. You must find something! Stop leaving other people define what is appropriate for you to wear! Wear what you feel good in. This video sounded so limited. Whether you are 40 or 25 wear whatever makes you feel good and what looks like you... I hate hearing people say "Oh you can't wear that because you are (that age)" We are all Unique and It wouldn't be very fun if everyone looks the same. Take your time to explore your style by going into stores and trying a bunch of stuff.. there is no easy way lol!

Very cute outfit!!! One thing I've learned is that I can and should wear light color pants, skirts and also lots of big prints on the fabric. I should avoid wearing dark bottoms and boring colors. What else??? Yes, those skirts that are wide , godê, so it will add me more shape to my body. Also, yes, better tight to loose.
