Bro they will not ask directly to draw diagram.they will ask explain the functioning of nephron where drawing nephron will guarentee full marks although you didn't write the function correctly.if you r thorough with function no need to draw. But still drawing nephron will give a good empression to the examinar and higher chances is that he will give full marks.hope it helped you😊
