This is very well done. Loved the way the contrast has come up. I personally trying to work on Charcoal art. Its a little challenging only to get the Charcoal consistently laid on the paper. In some places, it gets a little uneven. Is it better to use Charcoal powder or complete charcoal. Im currently using a Charcoal pencil.

Bob ross style 😁 you probably know this already but just in case you haven’t tried it, it’s worth mentioning. Instead of brushing the charcoal powder for the base tone it works well to use a big makeup brush to push or dab the charcoal directly down into the paper. It’s less messy and creates a very even tone.

impressive tutorial! I often follow your videos whenever I do landscape sketches. I'm still a novice though, a looooong way to go! May I know any fixative you used? I recently bought charcoal and tried, but it gets easily smudged/faded.

I use a Koh-i-noor fixative but there are probably better ones.

Yeah that's just tape around the edge.

Great skills. I think I must try ... I don't have this charcoal sticks I have have 3 grade charcoal pencil. Which one I should use . Soft, medium, hard

Worison woodless charcoal pencils. Don't worry about the brands.

What is the name of the paper and how much is the gram?

The charcoal pen is it hard or medium?

I'm not sure honestly. Charcoal works on any paper but I prefer thicker and smooth paper.

The light source is obviously coming from the right. I think that's what you meant, since the right side is lit.
