In this series of tutorials, I will record the whole process of drawing a beautiful picture book🎨. Yes, you heard me right, I will record all the creative process from the first page to the last page, including the cover and the wall paper. 🤗Different from the other drawing tutorials, I believe this drawing tutorial will give you a lot of inspirations on how to transfer an initial idea to a beautiful illustration💡🤗.
The content of this picture book is my original creation😇. It is talked about a fantasy adventure of a brave red panda. The red panda is my favorite animal, I want to open my mind and give it a unique experience. This story comes from my thinking about life. I suppose life is an adventure, full of uncertainty. I will try my best to express this complicated emotion in a colorful and promising picture book🖍️🎨. Hopefully, you could participate in this lovely story, too😊.

Gorgeous illustration, I watch lots of tutorials from Tatyworks, BeeJayDel, Art with Flo for example, they offer great tutorials with a no edits start to finish approach but your art style is the best in my opinion for children’s books, could you make a video with that approach for those of us who have story’s to tell and could use that as a guide to apply to our work, thank you in advance as I’m sure many of us watching would love to level up in art, especially to me being new to procreate and have goals to self publish my own books someday, thanks again

I'm planning on Getting my iPad pro next year. For illustrations,prints,stickers,Ect currently illustrating my first children's book. Using paper. It's about a Pig named Rodney That wants to fly. Teaching kids to keep going for your dreams no matter what others say

Creating a portfolio and a website showcasing your work is a great place to start. Then try to get an agent who can pitch you for projects or who may want to see your projects. There’s a great illustrator community on twitter 😃 good luck!

Your illustrations are amazing! You do all this in procreate? How are you able to use so many layers? Mine cap out at 37. I’m afraid to use smaller px size. Would love to know what size you do your illustrations ❤️

Hey, I am so happy get your question! For me, I use my customized brushes in most of time, but I think all the brushes in procreate could make miracles after doing some tests and practice😊😊😊

Thank you for asking me! You could set the dimensions and dpi whne you create a new canvas in procreate, there is a little "add" button on the upper right corner. For this picture, it is 17.25'' x 8.75'' with 300 dpi.
