Yea it’s a scam they always ask for credit card information

Everything went well, it all looked right but now I cannot find it on my cell phone? How can I find the video I just downloaded? It isn't in my photos??? instructions were straighforward but I lost the file. please any advice?

I find it silly that i can't just easily download my own videos on my profile, and I have to do all these extra steps 🤦🏽‍♀️
