How can you react to videos that are copyrighted? I see people reacting to tv shows, music videos, movies, etc and I wonder how they can do that and still get monetized.

What about making shorts from existing reaction videos that you have saved? Or on desktop? I need a way to show myself reacting on half or top/bottom of screen and the screenshot of the video Im reacting to from OBS, on the other side. There was a program for this and they shut down. It was so easy, now I cannot figure a way to do it from my desktop, on a pre-recorded reaction that will allow me to share both.

Well, you can download the video on your PC and Transfer it through USB Cable to your iPhone or better still consider getting an Android. Or you can download the video itself on KZread and then turn off your Internet Access and then use the screen recording option.

You can download them for free and then use the cutout feature on capcut to remove the background.

My brother your video is helpful but you need to do more work on it please. You didn't show us how to save. You where also rushing which is not good. You jump a lot of things.
