When I plug my bully dog GT tuner into the usb port and select any option on the updater, a pop up box says to connect the device.

Can you guys make the software functional on Mac and Windows 11, insane how many hoops I have to jump through to manage my tunes and completely unable to do so at the moment

If you have a mode on you can’t download it. Go to settings type advanced in search. And go from there to change the windows on what it can download then tune a mode off

Whenever I try to download this from your website I receive a network error. Furthermore, on the laptop with this already installed on it, I am receiving a strange error regarding drivers on my windows version. After updating windows and attempting to install said driver, it gives me an error saying that driver is not compatible with my operating system (windows 10) which doesn't make much sense, unless it's really old. So as I stated at first, I tried to install this on my home PC which is much more robust, and I am unable to download the .exe from the website.

Hey by any chance did you ever find a fix for this issue? I am currently running into the same Code 1721 and will not fully download driver. I have tried all of the troubleshooting options available on the SCT website and nothing works.

There is zero support with you guys. Im trying to open with my windows computer with zero luck. Tried calling SCT and get a message that i should just try in the morning. Frustrating to say the least.

How much does it cost to download?

I here you able to download device updater. I am having difficulties because Microsoft says it’s unsafe.
