Hi. I have the MG2470 model. But I couldn't find any recommended option in the website and there are quite a few files which can be downloaded, please advise which file should I download? Please note, I have misplaced the cd and want my printer to fully function (including scanning as well). Kindly help :(

Yes you can use same Canon Printer model on different Windows OS

These videos are never working for me I have tried but still only my canon mg2540s pixma scanner is working but not the the printer it sucks!!!

Hello. My printer can't detect the laptop. What can I do?

I bought this printer kzread.infoUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 to replace an aging HP printer. It is just used for casual home printing so I don't need anything more. Installation went easily though the HP Smart Printing doesn't work well with our laptops - having to select the actual device. Will have to see how the HP Instant Ink program works out. Plus haven't been able to set up printing from smartphone yet - either direct or WiFi
