40 days fasting is great ...they are very strong I think so Fasting has a different purpose like cleaning our system (our body is god's temple mentioned in Bible )/ reduces toxic load in our body caused due to contaminated foods/ Water Spiritual fasting is related to seeking God / prayer / reading scriptures I'm not perfect I casual spoke to my friends that I was fasting / weekly 2 -3 days fasting for health ... In the year 2019 - 2020 I mostly fasted for spiritual reason but at present I'm not getting that motivation...any where good video..what you said was right But people who stay for 40 days on liquids they had a great willpower according to my personal opinion / I think it's k to share my opinion I think fasting for God / serving people both had different purposes Biblical fasting helps to lower our negetive emotions / anger / igos / lust / keep in contact with god through prayers / reading scriptures / when we give up food for God we should give that money to the needy people / we should not tell any one when we are spiritually fasting I agreed / fasting partially cleans our body ( reduces toxic load ) Spiritual fasting and helping needy people both had two different purposes ...but spiritual fasting is linked with helping needy / but helping needy is not linked with spiritual fasting

చందాలు చూడకుండా ఇవ్వాలి. దానం జనులు చూసినా పర్వాలేదు. ఎందుకoటే నీర్చుకొంటారు ఒక్కలు చేయడం చూస్తేనే ఇంకొకరు పోటీగా దానాలు చేస్తున్నారు so వారు చేసిది ప్రచారం chysukonaa తప్పు లేదు.
