How to do Dye Sublimation on Custom Metal Pet (Dog) ID Tags

In this video, I'll show you how to dye sublimate custom metal pet tags. These are one of my best sellers on Etsy. I usually sell them for $10 a piece double-sided. I used a custom Tennessee driver's license template that I made. Overall, I'm a big fan, as these always turn out insanely well!

in my experience, not if you keep temp and time reasonable.. I usually do 375 for 60-75 secs

All the paper used for pressing is tossed after one use, correct? Or do you save the butcher paper for the second side's pressing?

If I use printer paper with it, I usually will reuse the butcher paper.

I actually made my own in Photoshop. I didn't use their design.
I guess they no longer well the tags at halebound. Bummer! Do you have a new distributor? These are great!!
