I don't know if this is a good idea, but maybe you could play the clips reversed as well, so that we can see it in both stances. Sometimes I've downloaded and reversed clips myself just to see a trick in my stance to understand it better.

Yes, he's a freaking Legend! As someone who studied biomechanics, I can really appreciate it and it's exciting to be able to apply it to skateboarding in a fun way. It's crazy how many people overlook the importance of understanding how their bodies can move functionally better, be used more powerfully and efficiently with the use of simple physics principles 😎👌🏽

I've got a disability (born with no hands and feet) and have been skating for nearly 15 years, I'm missing the front part of my foot so a lot of my balance is basically all on my heels so my foot positions are a little different to most regular skaters. I've always struggled with back 360's mostly because of not being able to find the right weight balance for doing them but this has helped me so much and I can basically do them now! not super high popped but I can spin them around much easier! kzread.info/dash/bejne/q22F29KdcZiemZc.html&ab_channel=ALLiNEEDSKATE this is an old clip of mine from like 5 years ago cause I stopped skating for a while and I've only just gotten back into it after like 5 years and a lot of your videos have been helping me relearn all my basics again! Really enjoy your content Mitchie keep it up!
