Thank you for this video. Can coconut oil or plain sesame oil be used for pada abhyanga?

Hi Shikha - coconut oil is not advisable. It is much better to use an ayurvedic abhyanga oil for pada abhyanga - however if nothing is immediately available you can start with sesame oil.
