How to do Advanced Rolling Breakfalls

Спорт

In judo, we are always falling awkwardly. Things are never always by the textbook and sometimes, you might have to fall in a way that is more unconventional. Therefore, it is important to develop an certain degree of confidence that ensures you can still breakfall no matter what situation you are faced with whilst on the tatami. This series of advanced breakfalls will build up your confidence and co-ordination in order to ensure that no matter how you fall you are always safe. Not only that, but they are fantastic exercises and a great way to shake up a traditional warm up.

I think that the last one is sometimes dangerous specialy for young athletes

Djallel Eddine Gherissi these are only intended for high grades. Regardless, these breakfalls are no more dangerous than basic gymnastics (of which many high level gymnasts are extremely young) and no more dangerous than actual judo, especially considering throws such as tomoe nage
