Adrian, such a wonderful soothing voice and demonstration, thank you. I had my headphones on and I could even 'feel' the drum, (which you mentioned could be hard to feel on video- correct). Headphones definitely enhanced the experience for me. I am guided towards sound healing and this was a wonderful introduction to various instruments. Thank you. Love and light

Hi, thank you for the demonstration. I work mostly with singing bowls, chimes, and drum and voice. I just ordered a didgeridoo and think it will add nicely to the other instruments. I don't always work so close as you did, and people feel the vibrations and healing the same. I guess we all have our modalities. ❤

Thank you so much! I work with a mental health organization, and include singing bowls and drums in healing groups. I appreciate the demonstrations of how to include sound and resonance for total body health! Much Gratitude.

Nothing like the sounds of the real instruments. However, because I cannot afford many of them, I use my synthesizer, create many instrument sounds. Once recorded, I loop them and they constantly playback through my speakers, sitting or laying between the stereo speakers. For more realistic sounds, I use a quality headphone set.

Very very nicely done, I would very much enjoy experiencing a session with you ❤️ But I live in Germany 🤷😅 I'd also love to someday travel to the US with my instruments and offer sessions to people there. I do it much differently, and with different instruments. Btw thank you for pointing out that they're not Tibetan bowls 👍🏼☯️

Singing bowl's vibrations stimulate the vagus nerve. The two vagus nerves in our body account for approximately 75% of the parasympathetic nervous system. We can stimulate them with the tones of singing bowls and voice. In doing this, we can help alleviate many common health challenges such as irritable bowl syndrome (IBS), high blood pressure, insomnia, and -- STRESS. Your vagus nerve is connected to your vocal cords, the muscles at the back of your throat and passes through your inner ear. Try humming or singing or just listening to calm, soothing music. Those sounds and vibrations may stimulate your vagus nerve. ❤🙏❤🙏❤

Great video thank you! Can you please recommend which tuning forks to buy? Where I live I'm unable to physically try them out before ordering. Also, might be a silly question but the tuning forks I see online don't have the circular parts at the top like yours do, does it matter? Thanks in advance

Never seen a drone flute like that before. Looked at your website and only saw the “double barrel” side-by-side drone flute. Anywhere I could see pictures of the flute? I’m guessing it’s two Native American flutes butted end to end. Cool idea!

Do you ask people ahead of time which instruments they'd like used in their sound healing or do you just use what you feel guided to? I personally don't care for certain instruments.

Great effort to make this content but few things needed to be improved. Nothing peaceful the way you play the Koshi chime just sounds random and irritating. Also please don’t hit the bowl loudly when it’s close to person’s face (you can tell from her face movements when you hit the bowl). I hope you can work on your techniques, make sure you have good body posture and be able to deliver a more professional and caring educational video.

why do you call this "sound healing"? Apart from getting to know the instruments and some superficial impact (like relaxing....) I did not hear anything about the real healing aspect.... sure you really know what you are talking about? 😶

Heya love, just gonna chime in ;) as you've yet to have any response - look into sound frequencies and their effects. Different vibrations can effect the mind in different ways. Stimulating effects which can bring about changes to the body or releases of substances by the body. Also look into "shockwave therapy". This is a "modern" version of any frequency healing. Even the NHS (UK health service in case ur abroad) offers it. It is a therapy that uses sound waves to pass through the body to the area of injury - this stimulates blood flow to the area, which in turn accelerate the body's healing process. The "ancients" were very astute to have spotted this :) ♥ I hope this helps you understand the process a bit better. 🙏 ♥

Actually I am a singing bowl operator and it is illegal to call this a healing therapy, because we are not doctors. So I fully understand your comment. It is more like a sound bath that will relax you and can have positive benefits
