Try grounding for inflammation. It worked well for me. (My husband ran a chain from bed to the basement and put a rod thru a hole in the cement. I hook the chain between my toes at night.) I didn't think it would do anything but it helps me feel better.

Never seen such a good gong movement🥋 Every time he swings the staff with the energy he conveys through the quick reaction he gives of himself, you feel the energy through the gong. What a experience to see how it feels

My heart is racing while I'm listening to this don't know why even my 7 moth old laying with me starts breathing faster then slower on repeat 😮

(One inside while other strikes outside). Also, I can get clear recordings of my bowls, but only with mics hovering directly beside them. How are you capturing the tones so clearly?
