  Oftentimes when i try watching bowl vids, as much as I love their tones, its that initial striking of the bowl that triggers me or causes me to jump out of my skin repeatedly, which I'm sure you can understand, is far from healing or calming, etc., however, YOU take the time to soften the sound of the bowl strike, for this& all you do to heal& help others I am SO SO GRATEFUL, thank you SO much for this beautiful HEALING video.
