In this video we will be showing you guys How To Do A Oil Change On A 2020 900 Ace Turbo Ski-Doo Snowmobile. This is the engine oil change kit from XPS for the 900 Ace engine.
At 10:40 in the video we said drain plug. Correction, we meant (dip stick) thanks!

Great video, thanks. Tools, torque specs, and parts required: Torx T40, T30, 6mm Allen/hex (not 9mm as mentioned in video). Parts (if you dont buy the oil filter kit) : Oil filter - 420956124 (Skidoo) *or* 030441 (Kimpex) Oil Filter O-ring 420230920 Washer #1 420250640 Washer #2 420950141 3.3-3.5L of 0w-40 oil (I use Mobil 1 synthetic) Torque Specs: Oil Filter Cover (3 torx bolts) 7.5 ft lb Drain plugs (1 torx 1 hex) 15 ft lb Also best to open/loosen the dip tube/fill before draining.

It is if you turn it upside down!
I pull the oil drains and with them open turn the motor over by grabbing the clutch with the tether off and kill off and turn it over a dozen times it will help pull the oil out of the filter housing so it's less of a mess when pulling the filter.and after changing oil and filter before starting it I turn the motor over again by hand to get oil moving.prob not needed but that's what I did when I got my first sea Doo and do it to my sled

you dont have to take that plate off, just one bolt off and rotate the plate with the other bolt to get it out of the way. just an FYI

Under stood but if oil were to go on the side of the bottom pan it is easier to clean tks👍

Where did you get the license registration numbers..? Are they hollow or color matched..?
wow i learned how to change my engine oil on my 600ace lasy year after 9yrs without changing the engine oil baha learned alot from youtube videos how to change my oils on my skidoo should do one on how to change your spark plug thats one thing i cant figure out

Don't torque does 2 engine pan plugs to 20 nm as the manual says, risk of destroying the threads. 15 nm max torque on both om then!
This is a great video. Did you need Ti raise the sled to drain oil? If so how do you raise it?

No you do mot need to raise the sled to change the oil but easier to work on if raised

Nice video, you must have read the Allen key upside down for drain plug it is a 6mm not 9 mm.

L’ordinateur (ECM) se trouve quand tu regarde en ouvrant le panneau du côté droit et suis les câble près du reculons. Le numéro sur notre ECM est 666064 Rotax Bosch
My oil seems high after the change what do I do? I ran it 2 minutes before oil change then drained and put the contents on the package.
