How to do 150cc Go Kart / Scooter Oil Change with GY6 Motor

This video shows how to do an oil change on a GY6 150cc go kart . This will be the same for 125cc & 150cc Chinese scooters or go karts with the GY6 engines. Most engines are the GY6 so they are pretty standard. Sorry for the shakiness of video as camera had stabilization off. Also switched cameras and the sound is off. Need more subscribers so I can buy better equipment! Thanks for watching

You just use non detergent motor oil.
Just bought a used go kart but I don’t know we’re the drain plug is please help 😢🙏

Any 10w30 or 15w40 engine oil depending on your area. In hot areas the thicker oil. I would use conventional oil and not synthetic. Synthetic is smaller molecules so will probably leak as some chinese motors don't have tight build tolerances . Thanks for watching
