Oh man that’s that _new_ red paint. I noticed it last year when I was trying to butter up a new curb spot and it wouldn’t slide or grind no matter how much wax I put on. It’s almost worse than just bare concrete.

The Rust-Oleum 'Professional' High Performance Enamel is still the best in my book; always goes for nose slides for me and is basically twice the protection of enamels alone so cures perfectly and lasts for awhile if exposed to the elements
