Myself have Galaxy M31s For me I followed your instruction and both in voice & video call it has shown ...." FAILED TO READ DATA" Something went wrong. Check your SIM card or Network connection, then try again" But after checking everything while ok the same is repeating ! What I can do for disabling my call forwarding actually ?

Can you plz tell us how to identify that incoming calls are identified that it is forwarded call or direct call.

Plz do screen recording.so the screen could b seen easily

Am having the same issue,my calls are being forwarded to a certain number when u reachable but have tried turning it off but it has failed And whenever I try calling someone it shows me the call forwarding on condition

Great at some randon times my phone would say forward on the screen after my bf n I broke up. He's a software designer so yeah figured he was forwarding my calls. Now call forward is off.
