Thank you so much for providing a current option to contact FB. My personal FB page was hacked into and suspended/disabled this past Monday and it has been a nightmare trying to contact FB or Meta. There appears to already be a change from when you posted this video too. There is no space to enter a contact email, so I included mine in the description part. Fingers crossed they actually reply to my cry for help to reactivate my account

Hello, Please ensure you are logged out of facebook then try to resubmit the information, use the exact email you used when registering the account, or your main added email address.

@owtechS thank you. I've since run it on my phone and it was fine. I tried again on my desktop computer and the sound is barely audible. Out of curiosity I tried on my Samsung smart TV and the issue is the same as on my computer, inaudible. For some reason it only has adequate sound on the phone. I don't know if this information helps you in any way. Thanks again for your responses.

This does not work. When you do all the initial steps and you push the SEND button to submit your it tells you that you must be logged in. If you cannot log in that is your problem. YOu should have tried this out before you put this up. It is so misleading and wrong.
