thank you
The element being worked on is definitely not the natural habitat. One of the most reliable vehicles Honda ever made.

I beg to differ with my case and I have seen a many others as well. I’m not too surprised these shitboxes are coming up on 20 years old.

@@pattayperformance it is likely the person that had that before you and lack of maintenance, I've had 2 sold the first one because I was tired of it at about 300k miles, and bought another a few years later because I missed it. Having relatives and friends as Honda techs, the biggest issue they see with the element are the brake calipers and windshield cracks in the early models. Now, considering the fact that it's a 20 year old vehicle it will need maintenance they all do but major failures is not inany way shape or form normal for the majority. BTW my 1st one was an 03, and the worst thing that happened was the alternator go out on a hot as fk day and caused me to sweat limping it back home to fix it. BTW I used to drive ALOT and I have never seen an Element on the side of the road.

Now having said that, in NY I'm surprised any car makes it 20 years with the crap they put on the roads there...

Thanks for watching! Good luck with your E! 🔧🇺🇸🦅🤙🏻
I have the same situation but I can’t figure it out. I replaced the switch three times. I replaced the compressor because my ac wasn’t working. I noticed the fan wasn’t working. So I replaced the two fans the radiator and the condenser because when I replaced the compressor that went. I replaced everything with new I figured is I was in the clear with all of that. I just can’t figure out why my fan doesn’t cycle when it gets hot. I checked all electrical it all works up to the switch. The only way I can get it to cycle is turn on the interior temperature fan control. All the places I look say AC but I don’t have to switch it on just turn the interior fan. If I leave it on the fan cycles by itself. If I shut it off it just gets hot and never cycles. I don’t know what to do next or what I’m missing but to just leave the interior fan running when I start it.

Have you checked to make sure you don’t have a blown head gasket?
hey jason, what if i’ve checked all the relays and fuses, but i don’t have ground from the wiring relay to the condenser fan?
@pattayperformance

if you don't have ground you have a broken wire or bad connection
My a/c cooling fan comes on but not the cooling . Checked relays good. What’s next ?

@@intensivemanagement you’re welcome! Have a video on there as well. I would just replace both fans for piece of mind. One failed as seen in the video…few months later the failed in the middle of a snow storm 😤. Fun times

Mr Prime for a good time! I agree but I also take it as my fault as well. I didn’t call the switch by it’s name word for word. I called up told them the switch I need in my terms and described what it did. I went there picked up it and came home and it was completely different. I called them back, the consensus was to remove the old one and bring it to them so they can match up.
My accord was much easier
