They have a competitive advantage in production, that's good. But if they can find a cost-effective way of distribution and innovate a new way for distribution that is way better than the competitors, then customer satisfaction may also increase. If you can produce in high quantity, then the cost of production will decrease gradually and you can give discounts to your customers.
