i couldn't even think about what was going on in my course before you spread your marker all over that whiteboard and made it so clear that you very much understand middle management and how to dilute the core problem of what the fuck you are even doing as a job!

You can do anything, but not everything. I found this to be particularly true with my study and meditation music KZread channel. Choosing a very specific niche is the way to go.

Nice video. Your narrations were clear in explaining each step. Honestly, a business strategy can be much more detailed than this depending on the scale at which they are trying to add value. To eliminate analysis paralysis, most small businesses can be successful with a strategy that touches the following: - A clear definition of their solution which actually solves a problem - A clear marketing/sales plan (i.e. you know who to be in front of and how to close them) - Fair pricing structure (i.e. you get paid well enough for your labor without gauging the market) - A documentation/ knowledge capture system

In my opinion, you are exactly right. This does not describe a business strategy. A business strategy, among others, determines the business goals. Depending on the goal, you could call the concept described in the video a tactic, operational plan, implementation plan, or more specific, a marketing plan with the goal of achieving the predetermined goals.

i would look onto both distribution system and will check which one is legitimate, eg y one, and then work on setting up own production plant for y
