Please I need assistance. After doing my grid and then using my shape builder I can't remove my logo. it always breaks , comes out half . what am i doing wrong ?

The title is clickbait (a simple lie). This is not how to design any logo, this is how he did this monogram; nothing more. I'd recommend you to sketch in paper first, scan it and then create a grid with perfect geometric shapes over it.

please also give link for that gradients
