How To Descale The Nespresso Vertuo Plus | Which Descaling Solution Is Best?

Except that the company says no vinegar? I have an older model and don't use it much at all. This time I wasted two pods b/4 realizing that it might need cleaning
When I press both buttons at end of descale cycle my machine turns off, it doesn’t turn green

Same happened with mine. You might have to re-do it. You also might’ve missed a step- I realized I did after watching this video
The problem is that when we use vinegar, my vertuo keeps the red/green light on so doesnt reset the descaling option

@donnagavin6694 so, i think i was doing the whole process wrong cause i did the process again with vinager then light green came up after following the steps more carefully and still working great... hope that helps 👋
Vinegar is too harsh on the maker for Nespresso.
