Howdy. Great. A third way would be to boot into Linux with a bootable USB stick or DVD without installing Linux, of course. Linux boots totally into RAM with full functionality and one can delete persistent files and folders through Linux. Regards.

Change the folder name to virus.exe and then try the Winrar method.
