Excellent, will use this for coaching my U10 team which contains four girls! Suggest you use the correct part of the field as demonstrating in front of goal is confusing for young players.

I’m not the most experienced defender but I would say rather than a universal tackle I would say you need to understand the timing to win the ball. Like when they try and beat you and ball comes away from their feet you need to instantly go in on the ball
