I think these are the most fabulous interior design videos I have ever seen. Brilliant visuals and exquisitely articulated.

This is why I’ve always felt a connect to Paris despite never having been there 🤍 This is exactly my style, except I love to have bolder jewel tones throughout.

I just took your style quiz on your website and yes, this is definitely my design aesthetic. I live about 2.5 hours south of Paris in a little stone cottage/barn conversion. I do like a lot of opulence (gilded mirrors, mercury glass candle holders, crystal chandeliers) with my rustic wood beams, exposed stone, and wide plank wood floors. To me, the rustic and refined combination cannot be beaten! Thanks for this gorgeous video.

I've lived in tiny paris apartments and studios, the main tips are to keep walls white (almost everyone rents so walls are kept white), hang curtains from ceiling to floor, hardwood floors, and a large mirror. Apartments are small, so better not to have too much stuff and only things you need. Honestly, no one could afford the apartments here if it wasn't for rent control.

So gorgeous - enjoyed every minute and now I’m going to go grab my sterling toothpick holder out of the china cabinet and put it in on my bathroom vanity counter with q-tips in it! Thanks for all the inspiration!

Hello Anna! Very glad to hear you found your style. The colour palette definitely doesn't have to be this muted. I find in my modern Parisian style, it can either be even more subdued in colour, or very bold with modern art and furnishings. My personal preference leans more towards muted pastels in this style, but there are definitely options for catering to your preference :) xx

Hi Cortina, thank you for your message. That sounds like a possible video topic for the future, I would say some differences that immediately come to mind is that Farmhouse style features more casual, clean lines and simple decor. It also has more 'obvious' nods to the environment when it comes to selection of decor - farmhouse signs, chalkboards, printed cushions etc... French Country is softer, and focuses more on texture and a beautiful mix of streamlined modern pieces alongside antique & timeworn pieces. You are assuming that most Parisians live like this. The vast majority live in rather small apartments that are nothing like these rooms. I’m guessing most of these are from the 16th arrondisement and the suburbs such as Neuilly sur Seine. I live in the 6th, a very chic area and I painted my salon a Mediterranean Sea blue, wallpapered my entry in a harmonious color and added gorgeous, to me, mural in my bedroom because I got so tired of everything being white. And my Philippe Starke dining chairs love the blue.

I was disappointed with your Parisian decoration style! Most French decorations are maximalist! I love it ! I didn’t see any blue and white chinoiserie-17 Century! Painting on every wall , flowers , etc! It is very dull and boring!
