What do you use for molds? Modeling chocolate?

I use modeling chocolate and homemade marshmallow fondant
Was that water paper you used to make lace??
When you use the watercolor pen- do you put alcohol or lemon extract in it?
Does the cream dry...and what is the ratio of the cream ingredients
I've practiced but I cannot get consistency right, and bag sometimes bursts, frustrating
What was the product that you used the molds for, for the frame & the peacock? Sugar paste?
