How to Decide if you need an NDA and Draft One

Yeah, but what about apps, softwares, project ideas that you need to share the details with people who can develop your idea in 1 month without you? How you manage that? Also, what about Smart Contracts NDAs in the Blockchain? Can you talk about that? What is the validity of such a contract?
