Thats my favorite shot to really hurt someone with. Just slide your head to the left and throw your right over his jab and all his weight comes in with all your weight.

Hey coach, how do I protect myself against the straight right counter against my jab?
this is good, strike right hand with the other opponent jab in same time, this one i will put it in my mind, one of the easiest meal is chicken soup, good for bones muscle immune system, take it symbol with carrots and some vege, this is what fighter need nothing more barbarian than chicken in water, thank you man.

what if boxing trainers taught defense first as opppsed to offense? how easy is it to step back or jump back as opposed to learn how to jab properly? how easy is it to parry or block a punch as opposed to throwing a punch? the mechanics of defense are always simpler than the mechanics of offense. if trainers did that though boxing gyms will be real empty. just imagine going to a gym where you re taught boxing without throwing punches? lol
