I come from a long line of extremely stubborn people my grandmother's favorite saying to me as a child was do not cut off your nose to spite your face! I was so stubborn as a child that when I got mad at my mother I didn't speak to her for a month. So it's truly ironic that I finally met my match! My boy has a double dose of stubbornness. I've offered options. I'm told NO! I've taken away games electronics ECT. He doesn't care! Really appreciate your video. I'm getting 😡 looking at it from his point of view. Mom's the tough one. I have rules and schedule because he definitely needs structure. My Ex is the fun one. No rules. Late bedtime ECT. Needless to say I'm going to counseling. Can't get him to brush his teeth! The Orthodontist said they're going to have to remove the braces if he doesn't start to brush and floss! The trust is broken on both sides. I've got a lot of work to do.. appreciate your insights and frankness..
