I’m short, so my mother used to cut and hem clothing for me all the time. She’d always make me headbands out of the scraps.☺️I’d get compliments and asked where I bought them all the time. I love it and it looks great!💕

You could have used the orange piece as a choker instead of the headband. It was cute either way though, good video.

This made me realize, don’t crop it, refashion the neckline and you’ve killed 2 birds with one pair of scissors. Seriously, that took enough out of the neckline, it raised the hem! Perfect!

All that turtleneck fabric is ribbing, which would be great for binding your new shoulder seams, cuffs, etc. Being too matchy matchy is, yeah, doing the most and better left undone 😆 But you're onto something, girl. Love ❤️ from an experienced sewist!
