For those of you who are not familiar with dragonfruit, the reason it tastes bland is because it was harvested early in a foreign country and had to be shipped to you. You will never be able to taste the real flavor unless you eat fresh fruit off the vine or eat fruit that was fresh and ripe and then frozen. Don’t judge the taste because you’ve never actually tasted it!

Some fruit is sent from south Florida but it is also going to be harvested early for shipping. But can have slightly better flavor than fruit from overseas simply because it is not harvested quite as early and shipped for quite as long.

Mine didn't have any flavor, blandest thing I've ever eaten . They say the Yellow and Red have much more flavor, so I'm going to see if i can find some.
