Pool player habit, I do it a lot and I'm aware of it (after someone pointed it out). I find myself chalking my cue when my opponent plays a good shot, I think it's because I expect them to miss and I'm automatically going to chalk my cue. I use blue Master chalk by the way :)

That’s actually how it is supposed to be, and it’s actually become more of a habit to the point that you don’t notice you doing it all the time

Also, one shot can make a difference between you winning a tournament and losing, so its better to have “chalked up” cue on every shot

I like my tip to be about a dime but am worried I will destroy the effectiveness but as it is I just can't make the ball curve. What should I do here?

Thanks pal been using different shots like the swerve shot When being snookered by friends, and to date still am! the look on their faces is priceless when I pot the black when snookered. because in UK rules I'm not allowed to use a jump shot thanks for a interesting video .

In your best interest, when you say "Hit (position) at (what angle) for these results" a forward facing camera like a gopro may be interesting to create these tutorials with. Although I appreciate the video and what you've said, it seems some people lack a little imagination. Good work, thank you.

So how do you do these and two tip spin without miscueing? I have the same cue as you and brand new chalk and pool balls so idk why I keep skippin the ball.

Great shooting, I usually just jump the cue ball if something is in the way which does work about 30 percent of the time. I think you may have inspired me to look into a masse cue.

I would swerve this first shot as shown in the video. Jumping also works for me but in this case the masse is the shot.
