Thanks man, this came at a great time. My life's been going on a downward spiral: best friend passed, grades suck and life is a mess. I've lost all faith in myself and my capability in doing anything with my life but I think having this mindset will help me with living again. I promised my best friend before he passed that I would try and be my best self and try to be happy it's about time I got started on that

One of the things that stop me from being lazy is that I imagine what will happen to me if I do become lazy and it scares me to the point that I would rather be overworking because I want to stay FAR away from being lazy.

As vezes vc sente que as coisas estao apenas vindo em sua direção Pare de focar no que vc n pode controlar, mas comece a dar total atenção ao que vc pode controlar. Insight Nós temos que parar de olhar para o topo da montanha, para todas as nossas metas e pensar o quão dificil será para chegar lá, MAS DEVemos ME PERGUNTAR, HOJE, AGORA, O QUE POSSO FAZER, O que esta no meu controle para fazer das minhas metas realidade, qual decisao posso fazer agora para progredir em direção ao meu objetivo. (PARA QUE MEUS OBJETIVOS SEJAM UMA REALIDADE, ENCONTRE UMA MANEIRA) A vida vai encontrar maneiras de te nocatear várias e varias vezes, e vc vai ir se encontrando no meio de tudo isso, a jornada será longa, e vc vai encontrar formas de seguir em frente sempre.
The routine of my life; cold water shower every morning. At least 30 minutes of meditation a day. Sometimes longer. Studying three languages via audiobook. A chapter is 27 minutes (may miss it sometimes due to lack of time or forgetfulness). Gym at least four times a week. Book reading at least 50 pages a day. Trains bjj or muay thai twice a week. Avoid refined sugar. Intermittent fasting every day. This is what my life looks like. Will live like this until nature calls me home.

Just found this channel. I've looked at Bruce waybe/batman to get started on mine. Done 4 months of training now and nearly lost 10kg. I'm enjoying my food (eating healthly with treats every now and then) and my MMA has improved massively! Gonna be keeping my eyes out for this channel if I ever need a boost 😊
