Ive come across MANY patterns and vids for cowboy boots and not one of them comes close to your pattern👍 Your pattern is easy to understnd, not at all dificult, gives the exact look you want in a better way. thank you SO much for sharing it with us all. ive definitely subscribed and you are now my go to for patterns ...cant wait to work up the hat, my cowboy boots turned out Perfect 👌 also, i love your idea of just gluing on the applaques its so much faster, i used to sew everything on and it took forever but now ill be using my glue gun alot more. What is the final stitch count in row 3, the last row before you changed to pink for the first time?

If you chain 10 at the starting point, then DC in the 3rd chain from the hook, it doesn't add up to do DC in the next 7 then do 6 DC in the last. That's 11. Scared to go any further without know whats wrong here due to it messing up the rest of the pattern. Do i go ahead and just do 6DC after the fist 3. Or should I start with 11 chains instead of 10.
