I decided to do something a bit different this week - I'm working on another "things to do when you're bored" video, but since those take a long time I thought it might be fun to show you this crochet project I made the other day! I've been seeing these headphone covers all over TikTok/Depop lately and I thought they were so cute. I couldn't find a pattern for my headphones though, so I decided to make my own! Hi! I just have a question Does it affect the sound quality? I’m largely making these because the cover on my headphones is coming off but the headphones themselves are fine, but if this affects the sound quality I would rather just buy new ones

hi all! i had a bit of a problem with the covers ruffling and i found it hard to make them stay flat, so if ure having that problem too what i did was instead of doing a hdc in each stitch for every round, i started round 1 following meg's instructions, then on round 2 i just did 1 hdc in each stitch instead of two and continued that cycle till round 7 when my covers reached the outer circle, it worked perfectly!! regardless, loved this video so much :) thank u megs

yall heres a tip if your useing a small hook nd its small swithc too some bigger like 6 or 6.5 which has worked best for me ( i use red heart yarn )

I don't have any headphones but this looks so cool! I don't know how to crochet but a couple 100 years ago I knitted a cover for my Gameboy Colour also totally understand not wanting to spend hundreds of dollars on something you can make yourself

Is it close? Maybe you could try doing another row of hdc like in round 6? Or if that doesn’t work maybe a slightly bigger hook?

It’s pretty easy to learn! If I can find some good beginner tutorials I’ll link them - my grandma taught me when I was 8 or 9, so if I could do it back then I know you can! 💜💜
