You can slow down the video. Subtitles help too

I slowed it to 75x and added subtitles and it was perfect. This is the perfect video very grateful for it.

You could try pausing the video while your working on a stitch.

Can someone write in the comments all the rounds? It's too slow to follow..I get bored!
