Hi, quick question about Descript: I have used it to add annotations etc to two videos but now when I went to upload/ publish them it says it has a watermark plus I can't upload it in full HD only in 720? Was your option a free version? Or did I miss something? Just very annoying as another $30 US is gonna be a lot of money each month? Thanks :-)

I only pay $15 per month. I think it's the creator account. But if cash is an issue then I think Capcut has a captions feature, can't 100% remember if it was free, but think it was

Thanx for the help. Loved your tutorial. I watched so many of others and they explain maybe the wrong way or they don´t want us to learn at all...I think it depends on the country´s people education. So to sum up you recommend to purchase eleven labs and pictory right?

yes, though you can now get over 40 of 11's voices inside of Pictory. So just depends if you want a bespoke voice. I personally like to keep tools separate. But if on a budget just go with Pictory

Hello! Can a clip with animals be monetized if the video images and music on the clip have copyright, are they bought? The clip has no voice and I can't add it anymore (it's already uploaded on KZread). Instead, in the video, I contributed original text, commenting on the images (own script). For a more realistic atmosphere, we added natural animal and bird sounds, river sounds, etc. Video images are edited by me. Thank you!

Have you ever thought about making a similar tutorial on making short videos? I want to create a video channel with shorts, there are many other monetization options besides the youtube partner program... Or can this method be used to make short videos as well?

At the moment unless part of a wider marketing plan, I think shorts are a waste of time for faceless channels. KZread just removed the link option so monetisation is difficult. They just don’t make the money

So if I wanted to add different background music, which tool would I use?

I'm not 100% sure what you mean. But you would need to do your own niche research to see if channels are getting monetised.

HEy when you were uploading your elevenlabs voiceover files to descript, you said hit new project and then just upload the file... it asks if it's going to be an audio project or video project before telling you upload though. I don't khnow if should put audio or video for sure. Complete beginner. I'm going to just say audio i guess ?

if just the audio then select Audio project. If you are recording the screen etc then select video. You can also change this later so don't worry too much

Pictory and tools like it are not the best at adding text and annotations. You need to add a little more detail after to make it more original and higher quality.

Is it possible to not have the captions hardcoded? To download a SRT file with the captions?

You can download srt. File from Descript but won’t be the large captions. Just the normal YT ones. So up to you.

DO you know if there is any other programs that can work with Pictory ai videos to add high quality captions like that but that are cheaper. I checked out descript and looks like it includes TTS and bunch of different services, making it pretty expensive $24 per month. Like you showed on this video, only thing I need is their captions/title feature. Surely there's a cheaper way, that is just as simple, no? idk

It's $15 per month or $12 if you pay for the year. Pretty cheap for what it does, not come across anything cheaper or better yet. But if I do I'll make a video

Hello, I have a question, what happened if i had before average view time like 4-5 min on KZread because my videos were longer. I chance content with short videos. So this performs better, but in the analytics they say it's bad because my average view time goes down, and morning fame says that I have to improve this part. … does that matter? Or can I leave it with a short content? Best Mario

You always want to improve average watchtime as this is a direct reflection of video quality and that you are producing videos people want to watch.

what is the problem with the size?

You say in the video that pictory autosyncs w voiceover from elevenlabs. I asked pictory and pictory said no they dont autosync with any outside programs. .. i asked pictory about murf and lovo genny but they responded no to all other programs . Does it autosync tho youre saying? Will murf or lovo autosync??? If not then pictory basicslly useless right unless i use their TTS alone?

I think you've been asking the wrong questions. It's not directly linked, you have to upload the audio file to Pictory and it will ask if you want to auto sync

I tried the script creation with your way, using the Lazy prompt. Gpt made a good script but it's too short. I want to create 15 minutes long videos always, so how can I reach the gpt always creates the scripts for 15 minutes long videos? Just should I write in the prompt that "Write a 15 minutes engaging youtube video script for the following..." or how?

No Chat GPT can only create so much in one go. You would need to do the slow way. Get the video outline and then create the sections separately and bring it together after.

How about you check for yourself - right click on a channels home page, click inspect source code, then search for “monetisation” keyword, and if monetisation “enabled” shows, then the channel is monetised.
