Update! As of September 21st Genny just lost a load of there PRO voices which were retired. They were some of the best available in AI, so there isn't much left at the moment. Lets hope they can correct that soon.

Now I have always not been a fan of AI voiceovers, in fact I have commented on a few of your videos about how KZread wouldn’t monetise videos with these, but wow! That last tool looks really really interesting. I have a monetised faceless channel (no not this one I’m commenting from) and stop posting a while ago because I just lost confidence in finding reliable human voiceover people. I needed someone energetic and a bit witty. That last tool looks like I could actually achieve what has been missing for me. Might just fire up that channel and have a play with this👍👍 great video , big thank you 👍

Hi! I have question. I want to create a channel with my own sci-fi stories in audio. I already have one in Russian (it's my first language), that is moving along, and there I narrate the stories myself. But I can't do that in English, I'm absolutely not that fluent in it. Is it possible to use the AI voices to do that, or I can be flagged by KZread? The Russian channel was monetised without any problems even though I mostly using Midjoirney-generated images for creating the visuals. I was contemplating both Eleven and Genny.

i don't think these voices on Genny will be a problem as there are many and more coming. The issue with Elevens stock voices is that everyone is using just one. Currently there is not way to personalise stock voices. If you want original then create one on Eleven.

@@channelprofits You can personalize stock voices by changing the pitch, the rate, and learning the nuances of periods, semi colons, exclamation points, comma's, things like that. You can take a "normal" AI voice and make it sound completely different than the original. There is a little bit of art to making really good AI voiced over scripts.

I have a voice sample. I only want to clone the narrative style of this voice. In other words, I don't want to maintain either the sound of that voice or the original language of that voice. What AI tool can I use to do this?

11 labs would be the best that I know of, but not sure how much you could change it. More tweak, but you can keep the tone and change languages

Genny/Lovo voices sound metallic. Maybe it's just me? But ElevenLabs are amazingly convincing.

There are pros and cons to both. But they are all updating so much it's hard to keep up. Watching in another month and it's hard to know who will have better voices. But def 11 labs for bespoke

I think they just added new ones, but I used to use the Scottish voice and an American guy. Not sure of the names as they just changed those as well

Go test it, especially 11 as they just updated it again. In a matter of months it’ll be impossible to tell. No doubt your professional voice is better. But soon it won’t be.

May need some help. I joined Eleven Labs. The stock voices are amazing w respect to cadence and sounding natural. But when I uploaded my voice it sounded robotic and stiff. I toggled switch for stability but that didn’t work. Anyone here have any tips? Is there a trick or hack to make it better ? Thanks

Some voices will work better than others. But I find the main reason is a lack of sample voice. The more you give it to work from the better it gets.

@@channelprofits a suggestion that could work for your viewers, is that you can take one of there stock voices that work really well and tweak it w a pitch plug in. This way KZread won’t recognize and possible not monetize. Just a thought. I’d do that for my channel but my voice has already been established and i don’t want to change it now.

The one thing people are not doing is creating an AI that reads youtube transcripts (or subtitles). I want to watch youtube videos in other languages and not have to read subtitles. I want the subtitles to be an AI voice. If you can solve this issue, please do--- because it's not out there yet, it seems.

It's coming, there are tools that dub in different languages, but it isn't cost effective for YT creators yet. But watch this space, Spotify is about to do it with Podcasts and I'm sure YT and other platforms will follow.

@@channelprofits Yes, the loop in the background becomes apparent when you demo the voices. I think would be fine if you pause the background music (or lower its volume) when the demo voices are playing (as opposed to you speaking yourself).

Why is it impossible to find a way to block AI voice and text. I don't like them showing in the middle of my screen. I don't have any control over changing anything with videos created with AI voice. I hate them. I prefer listening to the natural language of the videos and reading translation. I don't want to watch in silence, then I miss all the sound effects.

AI is here to stay and it will only get better. Things will level out for sure, but you need to adapt and learn to work with it. We are already seeing more people choosing to be back on camera again. You also have to remember that this tech has given many the confidence and voice to create content, so don't be so quick to judge it all as bad.

The last thing I want to hear are AI voices !!

ALL those solutions are trash if they are subs based paid solutions, My TTS 13year old tool has UNLIMITED usage, provide edit tools, can integrate various voices pack (the only thing you paid extra for) and don't rely on internet connection to work..

I tried Genny based on this video and paid for 1 month and I have to tell you I will not be renewing. Some of the voices (Thomas Coleman) are not professionally recorded with distortion at the peak and p-pops. There were a lot of times it would skip sentences while generating, forcing you to format your sentence in a different way. With certain "pro" voices it can mispronounce simple words such as "Mr.", so you have to write "mister Wick". So there is a lot of time wasted with this program. There is even an avatar (Shawn Prince) that says he has a British accent but when you generate it he sounds American. Just overall disappointed. Maybe it rolled out too soon to command a $48/month fee. I have already found a comparable AI tool that lets you preview something and adjust on the fly instead of generation after generation while you credits slip away.

I did reach out, they were not very helpful. I switched to dupdub. I liked that you could change the pitch of the voice on the fly. We'll see how that goes. At this point it's all experimental.@@channelprofits

I've created videos addressing this. but it depends on the quality of the voice and video. We thought they had a policy last year, but turns out they don't. I've monetised AI channels. If the content is good and original enough it will be monetised.

@channelprofits Thanks for the tip. I've watched it and kudos for doing a comparison. Unfortunately I still pick up on it being synthesised. Somehow the speech is flawless, it's almost like going to a concert where robots play instruments. It's soulless and lacks the human element. KZread has now flooded with these, and generic B roll and crappy animations. Just for the name of profit. Back in the days people wouldn't accept it but people have been dumbed down and don't even reflect.

But you also have to remember that plenty of talented people didn't start youtube because they sound bad, are shy or don't speak english well. If you can, a real voice will win out (for now, give it a year). Though many naturally sound like the robots, I've been accused many times now lol. People will crave community and connection more again soon and the new meta will be back to basics.

Why should someone listen to you when you cannot even get your own audio and video in sync. It was like watching a Japanese 90's martial arts movie. I skipped all of it, but was still annoying, especially at the start.

LOL, I guarantee if you watch a lot of KZread videos you have heard AI voices that you did not know were AI. I make a lot of videos, almost all of them using AI, and I have had many many many people ask me how much I pay for the "professional voice over." In most cases I tell them it is AI and they are stunned. If you get a good AI program, and learn the little nuances of how to use them, they are excellent and very close to impossible to recognize them as AI.
