I took a head and shoulders foto from a guy, tried to make a torso. Leonardo ai created just bullshit. Why? It is like it just took the last pixel line at the bottom and copied it to the bottom. I just see long vertical lines. HELP!

I have created a video editor that puts all of these pieces together and just generates a full video. Will be released next month.

I tested Heygen using an avatar image and an audio file. the lips look correct, but the head of the avatar is distorting (changing shape) while the avatar is speaking, like Im looking at her talking underwater. this is unacceptable.. dont promote crap like this, its got a ways to go before its production quality.

I don't know what you've tested, but the video used 6 different avatars for demonstration and 6 different narrators. I didn't generate all the files and create talking avatars just for the sake of beauty. This is a demonstrative example of how they will look. If you want the avatar to be indistinguishable from a real person, such AI doesn't exist yet. When it does, I'll review it. For now, you can only make such an avatar from the selected image.
