I've used these methods since 2000 and actually work; interaction and engagement is a MUST! Also, take notes of what worked and didn't work and "tweak it" and yes refine for the next workshop...I took my offline workshops to online and they still work!

How has it been going so far?? I'm also from Phoenix, and as a professional etiquette consultant, I've been considering launching a half day course designed for pre-teens. Teaching them not only the ins and outs of social etiquette, but how having exceptional manners can be tools of empowerment. I'm just not sure if there is a market here for this type of thing. I'd love to hear how it's been going for you! Sounds like a very interesting education model!

There’s no doubt.....one needs to be a type of expert on the subject matter.....there’s always one or two participants that ask, difficult or two questions.

Nice video---the real challenge is a "full day workshop" because after tea the brain tires and finds it difficult to absorb and concentrate. Activities do help but this is a real challenge

Is there a modification to this plan if you only have a week or two to prepare? If so, can you give instructions for that???
