I needed this! Just got out of a shallow relationship trying to "add" a better relationship I missed. I thought, "yeah i have my family but I want..[girl friends, relationship]" more often I forgot how to cherish them. Your voice is so eloquent and your vulnerability is raw without saddness, it's lovely. Thank you!

You can't have everything at the same time, don't run - build, figure out your why, enrichment in place of addition, health is the foundation, relationships drive everything

You made a great point there about relationships Adama, I believe that humans are always at a need for connection. I have experienced that with myself as well. The more you isolate yourself, the more lost you feel (that is of course if you’re not taking that time to connect with yourself or God) but even then, there is always a part of us that seeks that human connection. Another great video 💕

I was actually in an Airbnb working from Portugal! The apartment decor was lovely though and most of the stuff was from Ikea from what i could tell 😊

There's soo much nuggets 🥺 It's hard to enjoy the days in between if you're so fixated on the goal
