Thank you :) If you don't have a rolling mill you can also hammer metal sheet onto these textures which can work well.

Such a great idea can i use it on gold

Use less tension on the rollers you will get less curve on the metal

Yes, it's always a balance between not curving the metal and getting a deep texture imprint. These metal samples were very thin but thicker metal requires less pressure and curves less.

What is the best gauge of metal to do this with?

What tool did you use to create that gold dust what is it called

Generally speaking the thicker the metal, the more your chosen texture can be pushed into that metal but we regularly use anything between 0.3mm - 3mm thick.
